Typically we are acting as local consultants and trainers for finance and accounting under project lead of foreign partner. Nevertheless we are capable to cover any part of implementation process and functionality area.

Versino CZ, s.r.o. communication and activity is fully synchronized with project management template and operation patterns during roll out period to assure proper communication and project controlling on global and local level. We are use to work either under global project lead or together with local project leader or key users to provide them with effective knowledge transfer and backup.

Versino CZ, s.r.o. is also providing hot line and help desk services to local subsidiaries of foreign customers after they went live with their SAP Business One installation. These services are provided either upon global or local contract on prepaid or time and material basis. As part of the contract, Versino CZ, s.r.o. is providing customers with access to Versino Help Desk application to register and track all their support tickets in local language or in English.
